「It was wonderful the reception person Jorge Sanchez was extremely helpful, even took us on his on time to show us the parking. He guided us the whole time. Kudos to Jorge. 「El apartamento amplio, muy limpio,con todo lo necesario. El personal,tanto por online,whatsapp o en persona muy profesional y amable. Para estar en una zona de restaurantes, por la noche no es muy ruidoso,porque está en una zona peatonal. Claro que se oye la calle,pero son en horas normales no hasta las tantas de la noche. Desde luego que volveremos a repetir.」

「Établissement au top. Personnel très agréable et sympathique. Nous avons fait appel à la réception, pour un souci technique, le problème a été réglé en 2 minutes , l agent d entretien est intervenu 30 secondes après notre appel. Chambre très propre et piscine très agréable. Pas loin du centre-ville , notre séjour à été très agréable. Nous recommandons l établissement Smart Hôtel Alicante. Nous y retournerons sans problème.」

「The hotel is standard but rooms are quite small with a lot of damp smells. The bathrooms fan was soo noisy and the bathroom door would constantly get stuck when trying to open both ways. The jacuzzi was dirty and cold so could not use it unfortunately and only 2 sun loungers. Location is ok if you’re happy to walk around abit. Staff were good. I think the hotel needs abit more a tlc and air freshener and also we had placed a busy tag on the door as we did not want anyone to enter or clean and...

「The most beautiful apartment in the best location! The photos of this really don't do it justice. We booked the top floor apartment with roof terrace and the outdoor space was incredible. The apartment was spotless, so bright and airy with sliding doors/windows all around to let the light in. The location was brilliant, few minutes walk from the bus stop for the airport, just over the walk from the beach and surrounded by lots of lovely restaurants/bars. Would recommend El Palacete next door for...
