East Osaka All inclusive Holidays

Great friendly professional staff. Spotlessly clean. Large room too. Could not fault it. Great location. Would have been nice to have a safe in the room. Would definately stay there again. Make sure you do. You will not be disappointed.

We are a family of 4 with two small children (6 and 4 years old). We always stay at MONday apartment hotels when we come to Japan. We chose this one because it’s our first time trying their premium chain and it did not disappoint. Everything was new and clean. It had the best shower we have had at a hotel before. The staff are very friendly and gave the kids some kids toiletries in a small bag and some candy. The area is quiet and walkable to transit lines (10 mins) and bus 4 min walk. There’s two grocery stores nearby. It’s walkable to Nishiki market (20 min walk) or 10 min bus ride. The room was very large with a nice big couch that can be a bed. Overall we had a wonderful time and will stay again.

Right by the train station and the Universal Park. Everything around it is accessible and walking distance

Really nice and clean room. My only suggestion is English instructions for washer :)

The room are not the same as they offer, they are old and the carpet dirty I don’t recommend this hotel .

Had a wonderful stay all around. New, extremely well appointed, suite, and great staff, who were gracious and responsive. Highly recommend!

Check-in needs to be faster, and the lobby temperature should be colder. Standing in line while sweating isn’t enjoyable. Also the televisions are from 2013 with no smart features. That’s pathetic for a five star hotel! Service staff were helpful and friendly and the food/bar options are great.

Awesome property and location but instructions to enter the building were confusing and hard to follow. They were not completely accurate with what you had to put in the keypad at the entrance

Very limited space and no room cleanings

The room is really big with a tatami area where you can relax. You can move the beds around easily. Everyone in the front desk speaks fluent English. It has an old school key lock. It only has roughly 12 rooms. So even though it only has 1 washer, it was empty every time we have to use it. It also had an ice and water machine. It is in a quiet neighbourhood that is close to many shrines. The only minor complaint I have is there was a weird smell coming from either the washroom or the shower room. We had to turn the exhaust fan on the entire time to get rid of it. Also the TV was positioned in away such that it took me 5 minutes to connect the HDMI.
