The room was lovely and the housekeeping staff were friendly and polite. It was a very relaxing stay.

Really enjoyed our stay! Prime location, good amenities (the laundry access was very appreciated as we were travelling light), good amount of space when you factor in access to the Oasis Lounge. The cafés within the same building are also just lovely.

The property location is great but do NOT book a room in the new wing as the photos were very deceiving. This is the first hotel I've stayed in without any windows (why were there curtains to cover a wall?) and the room was so small my carry on was basically a foot away from the bed. The worst part was the toilet was 2 inches from the wall so you couldn't even sit down (I'm only 5'1) and you couldn't open the bathroom and the shower doors at the same time because of the poor layout. Most of the staff was pleasant but when I kindly asked one of them not to say my room number out loud (for safety reasons), she responded "your room is in the next building" and left me to figure out the rest upon check in.

We stayed at the Fullerton for 3 nights in a Heritage Room. The room was spacious and comfortable with a nice touch — a filtered water tap that made it super convenient for preparing milk for my baby. The location was perfect, just a short 5-min walk to Merlion Park and we really enjoyed our morning strolls along the river. The only downside was that I noticed some ants around the work desk area. I found a few on my laptop and phone, and by the next morning, there were quite a number around a piece of pandan cake I’d left out overnight. Hopefully, the hotel can look into this, as everything else about the stay was lovely.

Good value for money in a good location - just 10 min walk to Orchard Rd. Modern and clean rooms. We had breakfast included in our stay - it was ok. I wouldn’t pay the $35 pp per day for it.

Front desk - we would like to recognize Maricar. She’s an exceptional front desk team member who provides excellent customers’ first experience. She’s friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Everything was impeccable. My first time staying there and my first time in Singapore. Already making plans to return and will definitely stay here again.

clean, lots of natural light if city view, but noisy loud AC, shower barometer not working so cold then very hot then cold again, difficult to shower. Nice pool

The room was clean and good size. A few quirky things, the only plug is in the bedroom area, to use the blow dryer you have to use it in the bedroom area where there is no mirror. Hope you don't need to see to dry your hair :). If you are trying to charge device's during the day while touring, the electricity goes off in the room when you leave. The breakfast was ok, not a large selection of international items.
