Manitoulin Island All inclusive Holidays

Love this hotel! The beds are comfy and the bathtubs are amazing! The staff are super helpful. Can’t wait to come back.

This place is a dump. The rooms are ratty. We checked in and our air conditioning did not work and water was backed up in the sink. We went to the front desk and told them and checked out. They said they entered our concerns in the system. We tried to get a refund through Expedia. Expedia called the location and said they would not refund because we did not call engineering. We actually went downstairs and told the person at the front desk. They entered our concerns, but the staff on the phone with Expedia said they had no notes and disconnected the call. This place is shabby at best. The staff does not care and honestly some of the guests we saw there were questionable at best. Much better places to stay.

Beautiful new rooms! Walking distance to tons of shops and restaurants!

About this hotel is amazing, I MUST say from the first point of contact, my front desk agent VALE!!!!! top rate to her customer service...I went the distant to let her supervisor know immediately.. how amazing she is. She give us choices on our room since we were celebrating a special occasion. I have already recommended this hotel to so many of my passagngers, since I work for an Airline. I CANNOT wait to come back because of her and yes the property
