The Room Was Clean And The Staff Was Nice But We Seen Some Roaches In The Kitchen Area

It is under renovation and very noisy. I never would have booked that hotel if I had known, it was being renovated.

I had an okay stay overall. The location was AMAZING, which was definitely the highlight. However, when booking this hotel, I assumed we’d be able to swim in the ocean directly next to the property. Unfortunately, the water was extremely shallow with rocks everywhere, and we only lasted about 20 minutes before walking nearly half a mile down the beach just to find a swimmable area. Another issue was the room temperature. I normally keep my room around 69–70 degrees, but our room wouldn’t go below 73. I called the front desk and maintenance came up, but they said everything was working properly and there was nothing they could do to make it cooler. Overall, the stay wasn’t terrible, but there were definitely a few disappointing aspects that affected our comfort and expectations.

Lovely Hotel in a great location, the staff were always smiling and ready to help. Sky Bar was always somewhere nice to sit outside, situated on the 8th Floor. The restaurant (Sera) offered tasty food, well presented with friendly waitress and bar staff.

No view of beach due to seal birth. Entirely excusable & we approve. Could not have dinner either night as sold out due to small dining area. Would stay there again on subsequent visits.

Beautiful room fully stocked, espresso machine, water and teas provided daily with a beautiful ocean view. Staff was fantastic food delicious and many conveniences within the hotel.

So beautiful. Was not expecting an ocean view and we got a beautiful view of the ocean. Absolutely loved this resort.

The staff was so helpful and accommodating to our requests for luggage storage before and after our check-in and check-out. The room has almost a full kitchen and lots of space for longer stays. A great location to the beach as well as shopping and restaurants!

The staff was nice, greeted us every time we came in the hotel. Staff were very helpful and available 24/7 they stored away our luggage after we checked out so we could hang at the beach until our flight time and provided umbrellas for us to use. We had a welcome gift waiting for us upon arrival. They cleaned our room daily which wasn’t necessary but it was nice. I didn’t have time to go to the bar but it looked like people were always having fun when I passed by. I enjoyed the provided coffee in the lobby every morning. The location is 1 min away from the beach! I highly recommend this place!
