The staff were so lovely and helpful! The breakfast was very good. The room was clean and cozy. No complaints, perfect stay.

The first skyscraper in Copenhagen, location is busy and near central train station which is convenient for travelled. TiVoli garden is literally across the street if you have young children a who enjoy amusement park and rides.

The overnight staff were so wonderful, I apologize if I get her name wrong but Pernila was so accommodating, especially when things for me were extremely stressed. She made all the accommodations she could and was so patient with me as I went to find my lost laptop and managed to only actually stay in the hotel for six hours total. Thank you for the warm welcome and for all the help.

An old hotel with tons of charm! Leaned that many famous people have stayed there over the years. My family and I only stayed one night but would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Copenhagen. The location is fantastic. Literally right across the street from the central train station and walking distance to many sites including Tivoli Gardens. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options. What a unique, fun elevator! Our room was spacious with two small balconies to get some fresh air. We enjoyed some espresso and hot chocolate in the room to start our day. There was plenty of hot water in the shower. Overall, very pleased with our stay.
