We had no hot water in our rooms for over 24hrs and no one came to notify us and we had to wait 4 hrs for them to find a room we could shower in. The food was also very expensive for an average experience

Good- convenient location to airport & marina, room was nice, beds comfortable except we only had two pillows, porters were helpful with bags and booking taxis. Bad- long wait to check-in. We called twice to have more pillows brought to the room but they were never delivered. Lots of hidden charges ...
