The staff is AMAZING and makes this hotel where we stay every trip to NYC. The breakfast is also a big selling point, along with easy location for shows. The rooms are terribly small, not in super fantastic condition; but we don’t spend much time in the room anyway.

The staff was great, even helped me when the a/c wasn’t working properly, he went to the roof to reset it. Nice, quaint room, comfortable bed, reliable WiFi, interesting bathroom set up but still a nice shower.
I probably wouldn’t stay in this area again just because it seemed to be a bit too touristy.
But it was easy to get the B & D trains at Grand Street.
They were helpful with all aspects of my stay and it was a very pleasant experience.
