Hotel em uma área cheia de shopping and restaurantes, bem do lado do Vaticano. O hotel é bem velho e os quartos pequenos mas fomos super bem tratados.

This hotel is a gem and I would definitely comeback again.

This was our first time staying at a Six Senses hotel and we will definitely consider staying at this hotel brand for future travel. The staff were hospitable, kind, and helpful. The food was excellent. The amenities were great.

We enjoyed the Hotel L’Orologio very much! The location, service the facility all were great. When we arrived I was a little disappointed because the entrance doormat was not very clean and the lobby area was not that impressive. Also the room they gave us was on the street level and looked dated. However they changed the room for us when I told them we were not happy with the room. They gave us a very nice room with a walk in closet and the full bathroom. The room ceiling with fresco! The staff were very nice and helpful. The rooftop restaurant was very nice. The pantheon view! Food was good. We would have eaten there more if they had a bit more options on the menu. Overall we were happy that we decided to spend more money in Rome hotel.

Amazing resort with beautiful spas. Staff were great. Room was beautiful and totally spotless. There were a couple miscommunications though. We made reservations at the hotel restaurant for 8pm and got a call from the front desk around 745 telling us we had reservations at 730 and that they were fully booked from 8-9 and to come down asap, but there was only a couple other people in the restaurant when we got there, so not sure what that was about. We also booked the airport shuttle via email before arrival (as their directions state to do), but it seems like no one had any record of that. Luckily another couple was going to the airport at the exact same time, otherwise I think we might have been out of luck. I have all the email copies of these reservations, but something got lost in communication. Overall though it's a fantastic resort, beautiful and relaxing. Wonderful spas and great way to spend the night before a flight!
