We had a nice stay for one night at the Candia while we were transiting through Athens. The hotel is located a couple blocks from a metro line, so easy to get to other places in the city. The rooftop pool is very nice, though can get crowded at times. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent little boutique hotel right. Restaurants, bars and shopping in the immediate area. Staff was excellent. They arranged transportation from the airport and to the cruise port.

Good quality hotel with great location, and competitive price. WIthin walking distance of city center, with metro stops nearby towards any part of town. If you are not traveling by car, this is a good place to stay for location. Nearby restaurant options are good as well.

Overall it was far from being a five star experience I was expecting: no fresh towels, no extra towels in room, dirty corridors, bed sheets were not changed only when asked, room amenities such as coffee were not provided only after we asked twice, general feeling was that the hotel is saving as much as possible money on us on every item possible.
