They advertise warm chocolate chip cookies but gave us stale chocolate covered rice crackers. Breakfast not included, which for the price really should have, and there were mechanical noises all night that sounded like there was a factory on the roof.

The Hotel location was super convenient and walkable to attractions (Citadel and Waterfront) if you are a tourist. The location being on a side street provides an easy pull up for check in and valet parking if you are opting for that. There are good restaurants in the area that are also walkable. It was unfortunate that we were woken up at 8:30 am on our first morning by a maid knocking on our door. The room and beds were comfortable but the room could benefit from a decorating update. It is not quite as nice as the website portrays online. We also didn't see any coffee made available for hotel guests in the morning. There is a restaurant on site where you can purchase breakfast.
