Room was clean and well presented - limited dining for families with small children early evening, pool space was a little untidy but all staff were friendly and welcoming… Overall we enjoyed our weekend away…

1. Lifts were not fully operated, only one or two in a time which were mostly occupied by passages from higher floors, other floors have to wait for the next round;
2. Breakfast was not lack of choices. Suggest to have more ASIAN foods;
3. Room facilities - mould in bathroom, bathroom door was losing paint and appeared old.
