Poorly designed facility. Took over 30 minutes to come down from 15th floor to lobby in am. No lobby rest room. The closest rest room was down in the gym area in the basement NO AVAILABLE ELEVATOR. WILL NOT STAY THERE AGAIN

I feel completely misled. I booked this hotel because it was advertised as a 5-star property, but after checking in it became obvious that it isn’t even close. In my opinion, this is a 3-star hotel at best. The rooms are unbelievably small—to the point that you can’t even open a suitcase on the floor and have to use the bed. My first room was dark, had no view, and was directly next to the elevator. I had to complain just to be moved. The soundproofing is terrible. You can hear your neighbors coughing, sneezing, talking, and doors slamming all night. The windows are so poorly insulated that street noise comes straight into the room, making it difficult to sleep. The bathroom is tiny, and the bed felt average—not what you’d expect from a luxury hotel. One of the elevators was broken during my stay, leaving long waits, so I ended up taking the stairs most of the time. Breakfast was disappointing. Even a latte costs extra, and mine was served in a disposable to-go cup while I was dining in, apparently to avoid washing dishes. Staff also argued with me over using hotel breakfast vouchers. The “gym” is so small it’s practically unusable. To top it off, I was charged a $43-per-night “amenity and service fee” at checkout that was never clearly disclosed during booking. Calling it an amenity fee is hard to justify when there are virtually no meaningful amenities. I would not stay here again. Very disappointing. They did waive the amenity fee and give me free breakfast.

Unfortunately, I’m unable to leave any kind of a positive review for this hotel. Our flights were canceled mid air and we were forced to divert and return back to our origination city. The hotel has been absolutely terrible in communication with us regarding any kind of a refund for our stay. At first we were told that night that they would refund us and then when we had to follow up, they acted like they never spoke to us before. Absolutely terrible customer service.
