Panduwasnuwara Beach Holidays

From the moment we walked up, we felt so welcome and comfortable. The manager was incredible at arranging all of our experiences from local temples to the elephant safari and an amazing massage. Food and beverage service is personal and accommodating. We loved the plunge pool at our room, especially after the amazing climb to see Sigiriya Rock! Incredible staff, tranquil property- loved every minute- the peacock even put on a show when we left!

Only one major issue. The first night of my stay the hotel moved housekeeping staff into the room above me late at night. The banging and the noise was ridiculous and when I went to the front desk at around 11:00 p.m. there was nobody there, no night staff. Hotel shouldn't be putting staff in the same quarters as paying customers.

Great hotel with very friendly staff! One of the best breakfast buffet in Sri Lanka. Staff are very friendly and respectful. Only suggestion is to expand the gym area with better air conditioning

It has an amazing infinity pool overlooking the mountains. The pictures of the hotel make it look like there are no other developments around it, which is not the case. Unfortunately the food and drinks service was very chaotic. It often came late and cold. The wine and beer were served at room temperature. But they were happy to put on ice if you waited a while.

It’s best recommendation for option where you stay for pool and bar. Only dinner is best way that you love it. Hope you view at city of dreams. Good Times!

Everything was nice except it was Buddha Purnima and hotel didn’t inform us before that they wouldn’t serve alcohol that day we came to know after the check in
