Great stay as usual but hopefully they complete the renovation work to make things a bit more convenient. Definitely staying there again when on in the Gold Coast.

We were celebrating my daughter's 10th birthday, and the staff made her feel incredibly special from the moment we arrived. She received such a lovely welcome, which really made her day and added a personal touch to our stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and peaceful. Close to all amenities and friendly staff

Rooms were very spacious, perfect breakfast, lovely staff. Pool facility was basic woth some tiles needing repair. The lifts location was very far from lobby.

We were able to check in early and offered free parking as some unexpected council water works were proceeding that night. Our child then fell critically ill needing hospitalization by pure chance. Cant thank the night duty guy enough who went above and beyond to help change bedding at 3am and provide extra linen. Prior to this full kitchen and views to ocean and generous living space were enjoyed!
