Here’s a polished 3 star review you can use: The pictures online are beautiful, and the hotel makes a strong first impression when you walk in. The high-rise building feels elegant and peaceful, and the view is beautiful. Reception is on the 22nd floor, then you take a second elevator to reach the rooms. The location is very convenient near the train station, which was a plus. However, overall, we were not impressed. There were four of us, and the room was advertised as a suite with two additional twin beds, but those extra beds felt more like cots. The room itself was very small, felt outdated, and did not match the impression from the online photos. It was quiet and in a nice location, but the room was not impressive enough for us. Overall, I would give it 3 stars.

Great pretty for a family to stay in. The lift taking you to each level of the house was excellent! Loved staying here!

Newer hotel, nicely appointed. Easy access to subway entrance. Nearby grocery/drug stores would recommend Fresco as they have best prices and best selection. Arrived before check-in. They stored our luggage for us. When we got back from exploring the city, our bags were already in our room. Very modern Panasonic washer/dryer combo in room. Detergent provided. Decent sized fridge and freezer. Two separate toilet areas for our room which had two double beds and two twin sofas. The separate toilet rooms were extremely beneficial with six adults. Was slightly crowded overall for us, but we made it work. Check out was easy. They were able to arrange shipment of our larger luggage to Tokyo/Chiba next day. Free morning shuttle to the Golden Temple, so you can avoid crowded buses.Needs to be reserved a day prior. Will need to ride the city bus back which were now less crowded. Again they stored our luggage that we did not ship and we picked it up early afternoon when we got back. 100% would stay there again and would recommend them to anyone.

Room was clean, spacious. Had laundry in unit, front desk personnel was pleasant and helpful. Quiet area, but walking distance to everything!

Such an incredible experience here. Views, restaurants, buffet breakfast and location were all top tier! Would definitely come back.

This was the best hotel of our entire trip! We will definitely be coming back!

I like cleaning room , staff cooperation,Laundry was excellent but they have no kitchen facilities. However, just next to the hotel lot of restaurants are there also 7-11 is next to the hotel, overall it is a very good property.
