Very loud location walls do not block out noise. Can not control air conditioning for the room its preset.

The room was clean and breakfast wasn’t bad.

Great location, friendly staff, and close to many restaurants, shops, and things to do. Easy to get around on foot or by public transit. The hotel offers great views of both midtown and downtown. So many great restaurants nearby, with Little Italy, Chinatown, and Soho within walking distance. The hotel offers good discounts to guests for many nearby restaurants and shops. Very quiet at night. Room was clean and fairly spacious. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Clean room, clean property. The thermostat didn’t work great but it didn’t bother me enough to mention, I just opened the window.

Everyone we encountered were very nice, thoughtful and considerate. Except one woman at the reception. The room was never properly cleaned. Bathroom floor and drain remained dirty for most of the stay - we spent 12 days there. So was the floor - never vacuumed Bed was comfortable Clean linen Room was ok - floor 19 - we are not sure if it was what we booked. Deluxe - was there a difference vs Premium? Good access to Time Square - near the subway Not sure if we will book again here. Our name was never changed on the booking - see photo - hence not knowing if the room was really booked for us

I was pretty surprised how quickly this place has gone downhill in just the last 12-18 months given it’s still a relatively new property.
