Very clean property and very friendly/professional employees

This hotel was our favourite of the entire trip. The breakfast was delicious and fresh, they also offered free postcards to mail home including postage, there's an area to take a polaroid with the other guests who have stayed, and they have late night snacks. While definitely more on the pricy side, it's worth it to be on the island and beat the tourist congestion by staying on the island overnight. Totally worth the price!

Onsen was great although popular as busy. That's good though. Rooms are good with comfortable beds and good air conditioning. Breakfast was good but the coffee machine is awful. Very slow and makes poor coffee with small amount that doesn't fill the mug nor is hot. Lifts are also very (very) slow and wastes time waiting and often full when it gets to your called floor. Definitely need more lifts (obviously unlikely) or at least increase the speed a little bit if possible. This is compounded by being unable to use the stairs which would reduce the demand for the lifts. It's a good hotel but I wouldn't return again.

Wonderful location, but I was disappointed in the flexibility with the front desk. I initially booked three days then I booked one additional day they made me move out of one room into another room rather than remain in the same room and simplify for all concern

Great hotel, very friendly staff, room was very clean and plenty of room. I highly re ommend and we will stay here again for sure.

The staff was terrific; very kind and attentive. The view of the Tori gate was incredible from our room. Food was wonderful and there was a lot of it! More that anything, Miyajima is just a wonderful place! If we can manage it we will go back! Also, they have no issue with tattoos in the onset, which is a plus for me!
