Nu Island Beach Holidays

The room was incredible, the staff were so welcoming and attentive, it was truly a magical experience. Dinner at the restaurant is a must!

Nice spacious room, very clean and we enjoyed the location. We found drinks were quite expensive at the hotel bar so we didn’t not indulge. I would recommend using the laundry mat nearby opposed to the hotel ones. The ones in the hotel were always busy and did not adequately wash our clothes and the dryer did not work. Overall, lovely place to stay and we would love to be back!

Spacious room with many luxuries.

The room was well equipped, clean and functional. The washer/dryer was easy to use. Irons are available. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful at all times. They were happy to assist with any questions or needs. The area is close to picking transport including metro or buses and about a 10 minute walk to Kyoto main station. I would catch a taxi if you have luggage which is what we did. I would stay here again.

The staff were very friendly, the room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was fine - a great shower - if a little bit dated. The location was absolutely perfect...steps from the shinkansen station and an easy walk to downtown.

The stand out about this hotel is the people. Everything with the property is excellent. But a hotel is about people. The people that care for you here are so lovely and warm that they feel more like family. You really look forward to seeing them every day and engaging them on the traditions and culture of Japan.

The property it self is great. The room is very spacious. Staff is friendly. Walking distance to everything. Location is in the neighborhood area so very quiet and safe. Will definitely come back and recommend.
