Family of 4 with 2 kids Great place for families Very clean and spacious We had a great time and stay , the front desk people were very respectful and helpful.

Staff was very helpful. If you want coffee, you will need to buy.

Loved to stay here!! Highly recommend it. Spacious, confortable and very friendly staff. The washer/dryer was in the room itself, a great convineience. For us this location worked great as its away from very busy area and provided a calm, quiet location to return to and less crowded trains from here. We didnt mind changing the local trains with transfers. Lots of convenience stores near by.

Would absolutely love to stay here again! My family of 8 slept comfortably in the space. While the AC is strong in the living room area, the one area of improvement is to have a stronger AC unit inside the bedroom as it tends to get warm in 35 degree weather. Receptionist provided us a fan in the room but we still needed to crack the door open to allow AC airflow. Not great when we have snorers in the room. Otherwise everything else is amazing!

It is a good hotel, customer service is excellent, food is amazing, hot springs (both indoor and outdoor), sauna and steam room and swimming pool are great. We will come back on our next trip to Tokyo.

No restrict to access any floor bothers me a little.

Lovely staff and a clean studio apartment style room. It is well-situated near the Tokyo Tower and there are several convenience stores nearby.

A really clean and quiet hotel just out of the centre of Ueno, but well within walking distance of the station to base yourself. Two convenience stores and one supermarket within a couple of blocks, and lots of good restaurant options nearby. The staff were all extremely friendly and made a good fuss of my daughter for her birthday. Highly recommend.
