Great location just a few minutes from Southern Cross Station and 20min walk to the Yarra River.
Restaurant only open for a very basic but good value continental breakfast. Toast, beans, scrambled eggs, cereals, fruit juice and coffee for $15.
I would definitely stay again due to value for money and location.

In a very convenient location.
Room was roomy and comfortable.
Building around area, door to balcony was very...dirty. I cleaned it as best as I could myself. Some things annoy us more than others.
Staff were very friendly but housekeeping was hit and miss. No milk in fridge when we arrived just someone's half eaten block of chocolate. Staff rectified this quickly when notified. Each day something small was missed when cleaning. First day they had dropped towels on floor and not taken away and restocked. Again quickly corrected. Next day room tidied but full bins not emptied. Tea bags and coffee etc not restocked during stay.
