8.2/10 Very good! (999 reviews)
Rooftop pool was "closed for the season" even though it was 30degC outside in September. Really???Location was great, directly across from Moncloa Metro station. Staff pleasant.

9.8/10 Exceptional! (2,143 reviews)
The room was very clean, and the staff at the main reception desk downstairs were extremely polite and welcoming. Unfortunately, our experience at the rooftop bar was a little disappointing. The lady working there wasn’t very helpful or attentive, which took away from an otherwise pleasant stay.

9.4/10 Exceptional! (170 reviews)
Lovely hotel in the heart of Madrid. Very stylish decor in all areas, nice toiletries provided in the bathroom.
The staff were very helpful and the bar area was very nice for snacks and drinks. It would have been good to have more comfortable seating for smaller groups of people.
Disappointed that the roof area was not in use during our stay at the end of October, even though the rooftop pool was closed for the season.
