Hotel was amazing, parking is only valet and the breakfast isn’t worth it but there’s a breakfast place nearby which is perfect. Will definitely come back

We loved the apartment and the balcony. It was modern, well equipped, and clean. It was conveniently located. Parking was far away. We couldn't get the air conditioning to work. The place became stuffy and hot. Email said there was 24/7 concierge but no one answered the phone or my texts. The front desk was polite but not helpful.

The apartment is nice. It’s an old building and has character. It could really use some TLC the sliding doors in the washroom that cover the water tank and washer and dryer were broken. Whoever painted the apartment could’ve taken more care and trying not to drip paint all over the floor. There is a sitting bench in the apartment and it was all sticky with spelt drinks, so obviously it hadn’t been cleaned.What really bothered me was the smell of cigarette, for an absolutely non-smoking apartment it was very evident that there had been smoking tenants. I wouldn’t call it a hotel. No one ever came to clean the rooms or the washroom. They never gave us new towels. We were there for four days and we had to keep reusing the towels. There is no one around at the front desk or any Cleaning staff. I have messaged the property directly a few times and no one gets back to you. So expect it to be renting an apartment and doing your own cleaning. The location is awesome, and the apartment has everything you need in it. we really enjoyed being in the heart of old Montreal and have that much space rather than a small hotel room

Beautiful hotel. Had a room right above the entry door where people went to smoke and talk very loudly which made sleeping very difficult both nights. Yes, I did bring it up to front desk.

Well located to explore old Montreal. Helpful staff. Our room was spacious and recently renovated. Breakfast is light consisting of scones coffee, juice and sometimes fruit.

Always the best place to stay in Montreal. Elegant boutique hotel central to everything. Wonderful restaurant and spa.

Stellar Service from the moment we stepped up to the front door! Every staff member was friendly, knowledgeable and proactive in being sure all our needs were met. The atmosphere is one of classy elegance and our only regret is that we could only stay one night. Will DEFINITELY return!
