The EV charger is operated by EDP charging company. I did not manage to register for my foreign credit card on the app. The hotel receptionist refused to help, and told me do deal with this problem myself.
After spending 1.5 hours finding chargers, a security guard of a petrol station managed to help. During the search of charger, another nearby local hotel receptionist think out of the box and offered me for a 3 hour max medium speed charge (originally it was not allowed for non guest parking).
Hotel room is also poorly maintained, including a broken shower hose and empty hair conditioner.

最差的住宿，don't stay here
"老闆愛亂講話，我在晚上11點左右用熱水壺亂說都午夜用，後來他叫我用時也超過晚上10點了，話都他在講。老板員工態度都差。老闆會碎念客人，太荒謬的地方了 Don't stay here,not friendly at all"
