“You can find very kind counter staff here. I booked the Hotel because Hotel.com recommended it. After I stayed in the Hotel, I know why it is highly evaluated. Its room is clean with post-modern style. Even more, we were served with wonderful breakfast. Although it is a little far from city center, its price is totally worthy. ”
“Incredible stay at Maison Cabral. I cannot praise the property manager Susanna enough for her amazing hospitality. My flight to Porto was canceled so we had to drive from Madrid and Susanna checked on our bags (which had flown without us) and arranged for a late check/in. She gave us the best local restaurant recommendations - go to BB Gourmet and Nicolau- and even couriered over a bracelet that I left behind to my next hotel. The hotel itself is spotless, comfy, and charming in the best way. A……
“The Baumhaus appartment was fantastic.
The elegant entrance hallway leads you to the airy garden with the amazing tree.
Our room, Emmerico, was on the top floor and had a fabulous balcony overlooking the garden and the city.
The room was airy, well lit, plenty of space and very clean with a comfortable bed and seating.
The little kitchen was perfect for a city break.
We had a late check in, after normal working hours, and the instructions with pictures and videos on how to enter the building was……
“Very warm and welcoming staff. My suite, the master suite with city view, was gorgeous. Breakfast was also delicious. The location is perfect to walk around. Furthermore, there is a ”
“The hotel is in good condition. The breakfast/dining area is nicely organized as well. The room is a bit on the smaller side though so we are lucky we packed light. The kettle was quite tiny, I mean it looks cute for sure but could be bigger.
The breakfast was so-so. While breakfast starts from 7:30 to 10:30am on weekdays and 7:30 to 11:30am on weekends, we were surprised that the warm breakfast items already ran out around 9am and the supposedly warm food was cold at times. The best item was……
“Our stay was perfect! Staff is so sweet, room was so nice and a great location for exploring the city for the first time. Our stay included breakfast which was great. I recommend staying at Menina Colina ”
“Beautiful hotel in a great area. The room was large, clean and very well appointed. Tons of cute wine bars and restaurants in the area and the breakfast at the hotel was delicious.”

The best item was the veggies, we love it a lot but you have to get there early because it always runs out!
We are gutted that we didn’t get the chance to try out the hotel’s restaurant during our stay. We initially planned to try it out on Saturday night but we only found out the restaurant was closed that evening… I think communication could have been better.
Overall, the reception and housekeeping staffs are pleasant and helpful. There was one housekeeping staff in particular (not sure about her name) but she always has a big smile on her face and was so cheerful, it was refreshing to see!"
