「The room was spotless and was a very cool and different style room - we loved the amount of space and the swinging TV! The free 'minibar' was a great touch and much appreciated. We also really appreciated having Netflix too, thank you - Nicolas and Grisha were both really helpful with all queries, thank you, we really enjoyed our stay.」

「The room was huge. Staff was friendly and really made an effort to make our stay pleasant (including waiting until late for a late checkout). Breakfast was good. I didn’t try the restaurant in the site, but it looked beautiful. The hotel is in an old town house that’s very charming. A bit old but facilities are in great condition. Parking on the street was easy to find (which works great if you’re coming at a weekend, since parking is not charged on weekends), and it’s easy to walk to the...

「The hotel is modern and the rooms are lovely. We were very impressed with the level of professionalism of the staff. The front desk and restaurant staff were fantastic and helpful. Highly recommend!! The only caveat is the parking garage. Extremely difficult to maneuver a car, and we scraped the side and damaged our car.」

「The hotel is next to the Crystal Palace, with nice views on the river. It is very near to the city centre with bus, or even walking. The lady in the reception is exretemly helpful. The only downside is that the toilet is not obsecure, curtains need to be considered. 」
