「The room was spotless and was a very cool and different style room - we loved the amount of space and the swinging TV! The free 'minibar' was a great touch and much appreciated. We also really appreciated having Netflix too, thank you - Nicolas and Grisha were both really helpful with all queries, thank you, we really enjoyed our stay.」

「The hotel itself was great. Terrific location, well laid out and decorated rooms, excellent breakfast, but the thing which really set the experience apart was the service. From the moment we walked in the door, I genuinely don't think any staff member could have done more to make us feel welcome. From reception managing to upgrade our rooms, to the bar staff asking the chef to do us a cheese and meat board which was not on the menu to go with an afternoon glass of wine, to the simply wonderful...

「The hotel is next to the Crystal Palace, with nice views on the river. It is very near to the city centre with bus, or even walking. The lady in the reception is exretemly helpful. The only downside is that the toilet is not obsecure, curtains need to be considered. 」

「Veronica is very nice and helpful during our stay there. The location is very convenient to the restaurants we like and all sight seeing spots are all in walking distance. The only drawback is no elevator inside the building so if you are not travelling with a strong guy and with heavy suitcase, you will have to reconsider the larger suite here as mine is the smallest which is on the top floor. 😞」

「The room was huge. Staff was friendly and really made an effort to make our stay pleasant (including waiting until late for a late checkout). Breakfast was good. I didn’t try the restaurant in the site, but it looked beautiful. The hotel is in an old town house that’s very charming. A bit old but facilities are in great condition. Parking on the street was easy to find (which works great if you’re coming at a weekend, since parking is not charged on weekends), and it’s easy to walk to the...

Ilmastointi oli muuten hyvä, mutta koko ajan kuuluu hurinaa. Ikkunan sai myös tarvittaessa auki. Henkilökunta iloinen ja ystävällinen. Aamiainen riittävä ja hyvä. Rauhallinen hotelli. 」

「Our room at Mo House was perfect. Lots of space, authentic decor and the kitchenette was so handy. The breakfast was substantial and the staff were helpful and friendly. Sebastian, in particular, was wonderful.」

「房間空間超大，有完整的廚房與廚具(鍋碗瓢盆....)應有盡有，以及有絕美河景與Ponte Dom Luís大橋。在房間即可看波多的日出。 但沒有陽台，只有窗邊臥榻區。 飯店早餐採buffet式，可與服務人員點各類蛋料理(如炒蛋,煎蛋,歐姆蛋...等)及飲料。 游泳池spa池雖然不大但很漂亮，需要預約(每個時段人數不多)。感謝工作人員貼心提醒，可一次預留1時段以上。 飯店頂樓有露天bar，有提供酒與簡單的餐點(湯,牛排,三明治,沙拉..等)，滿好吃得且價格不會太貴。」

「A lovely hotel, the room was perfect and clean. Breakfast was superb, a good selection with freshly baked pastries A great location too overlooking the river, and accessible to explore the city or get the tram outside to the beaches. Would recommend to anyone who likes understated chic hotels, without the bling. 」
