What a fantastic place to stay. The staff were outstanding and go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. And the breakfast is soooooo good. Fresh baked bread and pastries. Loved every moment at this hotel.

From the moment we arrived, we felt like valued guests. The staff took time to answer all our questions, explain the history of the property, and help with any thing we might have needed help with. This place is luxurious! From the marble shower, dreamy comfy beds, and spiralling staircases, we felt so spoiled. The daily breakfast was incredible, featuring local jams, breads, and chef's creations, and a wonderful way to start our day.

We had an amazing stay at Torel Private Signature! The hotel was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our stay special. One of the highlights was the small lunch experience—it was absolutely delicious and thoughtfully prepared. It added a unique and memorable touch to our visit. We highly recommend Torel Private Signature to anyone looking for a luxurious, quiet, and welcoming place to stay. We would definitely return.

Stay away! The rooms SHAKES as trucks, cars pass by!!! DID NOT SLEEP ALL NIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stay away! The owners of the hotel should be ashamed to put guests in the front facing rooms. As well, there loud dance music on the riverside of the hotel.

Location is recommended if you like to escape the crowds. It’s still within walking distance to many attractions of the city. Public parking is available around the area, but you can only buy a parking ticket for maximum of 2 hours, extension isn’t possible. Breakfast is served directly to the table and in 4 stages. If you are tight on time, they will speed up the process. Don’t forget to hand in the room card, otherwise you will have to ship it back. Special thanks to Joao and Ashley for their help.

Everything was beyond our expectations and Joao Daniela Beatrice and every single person that worked on site was so attentive and went beyond to help us. My apologies for not recalling everyone’s name, they deserved individual praise. The champagne toast on the patio was the perfect way to start an incredible too fast 24 hours. The suite gorgeous and bubble bath was a highlight. We tried to fit in as many sights during our short time so we didn’t utilize all the accommodations provided but hope to return and spend more time again. The art work displayed around the hotel is a must see. Breakfast was simply outstanding! Each course allowed our taste buds to experience a new layer of incredible flavor. Beautifully presented, perfectly prepared, and an unforgettable culinary experience.

Staff was exceptionally kind and hospitable. The welcome drinks and breakfasts were so nice. Our room was absolutely stunning. I especially loved the terrace with the wisteria. If we visit Porto again, we will absolutely be coming back!

Wir konnten ein Angebot eines Soft Openings genießen. Allerdings hatten wir eine höhere Kategorie gebucht und wie schon gedacht, war das Zimmer zu jenem Zeitpunkt noch nicht fertig. Wir bekamen allerdings trotzdem ein sehr schönes Zimmer, nur eben nicht mit Jacuzzzi und extra Fitness Raum usw. Wir konnten aber den Fitnessraum, Pool und Spa im benachbarten Hotel der Kette mitbenutzen. Als Ausgleich kam uns das Personal gleich mit einem gratis Airport Transfer entgegen. Das Personal ist generell sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht!

Beautiful high end boutique hotel overlooking the river. We had a balcony overlooking the river which was gorgeous. Big rooms. The staff is wonderful and very attentive. Breakfast was lovely and an experience. They opened only a month ago so some things were not functioning yet. But you have the sister hotel nearby that you can use their amenities too.

Beautiful boutique hotel with exceptional attention to detail. Great staff, a fantastic location, and breathtaking views. The hotel is within easy walking distance of Porto's main attractions, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. We wish we had stayed here longer! All the staff at the hotel were lovely and so helpful in every way - they automatically upgraded us to a royal suite at no additional cost and we were amazed by the room and the beautiful view of the Douro river. The in room dining and included breakfast were so delicious and had a lot of variety. Special recognition to Marta for recommending us other cool places to check out for our other stops in Lisbon and Lagos. Would absolutely recommend staying here!
