「We booked two rooms.
The staff could easily have been from a five-star hotel — very courteous and helpful throughout our stay.
What brings the rating down, however, is that we ran into a few technical issues during our visit. On two occasions, we lost electricity in both rooms, not at the same time. In one of the rooms, this happened the day before we were due to check out, and we had to move to another room — a big thank you to the staff for arranging that so smoothly.
