We did not receive any instructions on how to self check-in 24 hrs in advance as stated. I contacted the property was told I would receive the instructions once the room was ready. Requested if we could check in at 3:30 instead of 4 and were told they could not accommodate. We showed up at 5pm at the door and still did not...
