「A beautiful artdeco building restored to a hotel. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. Lobby is large airy and spacious. The front desk staff are very helpful and efficient. It's very convenient to get a taxi or get on the historic tram. Not many amenities beyond that. The restaurant is overpriced, unimpressive and the staff are not very good. We placed a food order at lunch, in an empty restaurant, and waited twenty minutes for food that never came! They're good news Is there...

「We loved the eclectic decor and the garden. We had a bedroom with an attached lounge. Unfortunately due to water damage we could not use the lounge.This did impact our stay with reduced space. The owners were apologetic but their misfortune affected our stay with the use of space. The breakfast and location were great. Overall our stay was impacted with the odour of the flooded room drifting into our sleeping space. Despite apologies from the owners no further compensation or consideration was...

「Air conditioning worked great. My dads shower only cold water the whole time. My shower was backing up grim coming up. Cleaning staff never refilled our water teas or coffee whole time we were there pretty much staying a week, did not do good job of cleaning, and would kick you out of your room to clean on their timeline. Left higher tips to see if that got better service on cleaning and it did not. The check in process was too clunky for my senior citizen dad to do so I had to do everything....
