"Ok, it’s literally a box, a small box with very low overhead and if people are making noise in the hallway you can really hear it. But the bathroom/shower has plenty of room the staff are excellent as is the breakfast and the kind chef. It’s a unique hotel experience that I wouldn’t mind having again as the location is excellent. "

"We had the most incredible stay from start to finish. We had our puppy Quincy with us and the from the moment we walked into the hotel we were treated so well by all the staff and they were so accommodating of Quincy. Room was spacious, and you couldn’t hear anyone through the walls. Bed super comfortable! Our room also had a dog bed, lovely bowls and a toy which was a lovely touch. We need to know Hilton’s secret because it always smells incredible! 😂 Truly have not a bad word to say about this hotel, the staff were truly amazing and we had some lovely conversations with them. We will definitely be back."

"We were quickly picked up by Marcos at the airport. Staff was extremely helpful when we had forgotten a few items (universal plug etc.) The self serve laundromat was around the corner and a few doors down there was an excellent restaurant called Estrela do Lima. The breakfast was delicious and had a wonderful variety of hot and cold items. We will definitely return to Hotel Jaguar."
