We paid for 2 nights and our credit card had been charged for the 2 nd night and we were found out this debit on our Visa card later. Not until our second email to the hotel that the management team explained this is a system error. We have very unpleasant stay with this issue.」

「My stay was honestly good. The staff was super patient — they only communicated in Portuguese, but this was never an issue (thank God for technology!). They were always quick to help and responded to concerns efficiently. The room itself was suitable for me, the AC was nice to combat the summer heat.
