「The room is spacious and clean. However, we are having unreasonable charge of one night without our consent. We paid for 2 nights and our credit card had been charged for the 2 nd night and we were found out this debit on our Visa card later. Not until our second email to the hotel that the management team explained this is a system error. We have very unpleasant stay with this issue.」

「The rooms were lovely and modern and the grounds were great. It's a trek to get to the riverside, but walkable just! We parked down the road in an underground carpark (there are 3 in the street) - I am not clear where we were advised to park - instructions were poor. The pool was small but ok, but there were few loungers to sit in (8 for a large hotel with ~100 rooms). Was pretty disappointing. The staff were unhelpful when asking about chairs to sit in next to the pool. Disinterested. The bar...

「Susana and Alberto were amazing hosts and made us feel extremely welcome. We ended up needing a late check-in (due to a flight delay) and an early check-out (due to an early flight) and they were really accommodating, arranging our airport transfers for us. The hotel is well situated in a nice quiet street close just a short walk from the city centre. We stayed in the Conguita suite and everything was clean and of a high standard. I’d definitely stay again and wouldn’t hesitate recommending...

「Guesthouse was well maintained and clean. Breakfast was good, but basic. It is about a 20 minute walk from most of the main sights of the city, and the walk back is largely uphill. There are lots of good local restaurants and cafes around the area. Check-in was quick and staff were helpful at this point. However we had issues with power in our room, and since there is no-one permanently at the property, it took a while to get it fixed. Check-out was also an issue because there isn't a member...
