“Emplacement”

“We liked everything about this apartment. The weather was hot during our stay in Porto so we appreciated the air conditioning and being on a shady street. Shops were close by to buy breakfast ànd we ate out every night. We could walk to most places in the town but buses and the metro station were readily accessible.The double glazing kept most of the traffic noise out ànd à comfy bed ensured a good nights sleep. We would come back here again. It was very comfortable, clean and convenient.”

“Bonjour, joli appartement, mobilier de marque, bien situé. Pas de problème de transport car tout est devant. Seul bémol, appartement au moins un, odeur des égouts qui remonte dans la salle de bain. Lors de notre séjour, nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise d'être inondée, suite à une fuite dans le plafond. J'ai informé l'hôte qui as envoyé quelqu'un le lendemain. En attendant, nous avons épongé l'eau avec les serviettes. Ceci a gâché mon séjour. J'espère que les prochains occupants n'auront pas ce……

“很新，十分清潔，只時電梯壞了，入大門前沒有燈，熱水比較難控制，水壓足夠時很熱，暖的時候水壓不足，水龍頭有漏水情況！”

“Check in was a wonky. Patrica, a cleaning lady, was immensely helpful as she contacted the owner and helped us through check-in. The location was close to train station and walking distance to several Porto highlights.”

“What a terrible experience. The property requires an access code to enter the rooms and I didn't receive the access code for my first night. I spent more than 2 hours with hotels.com support while they tried to contact the property to get me into the room. I also tried contacting the property myself but they did not answer. I did get into the property the next day but it left a sour taste in my mouth. Worst of all, I contacted hotels.com for a refund and they said they cannot do it because……
