「公寓的工作人員非常友善，會 一早whatsapp約時辦理入住手續，並會詳盡地介紹屋內各設施。實際環境比在網路上看到的好很多有驚喜。公寓地點絕佳近聖本篤火車站，行幾分鐘又可到鐵橋上看夜景。我對洛夫特普茲波那公寓式酒店感到非常滿意。」

「The lift cannot be used, and you can only use stair to climb up to 6 floors. Cannot store luggage when you checked out.」

「Veronica is very nice and helpful during our stay there. The location is very convenient to the restaurants we like and all sight seeing spots are all in walking distance. The only drawback is no elevator inside the building so if you are not travelling with a strong guy and with heavy suitcase, you will have to reconsider the larger suite here as mine is the smallest which is on the top floor. 😞」

「位置非常好，近杜羅河邊，又在碼頭中央位置，行數分鐘就到路易一世大橋。惟酒店的洗手間、洗面盤和沖涼室都在同一空間位置，沒有間隔，同一時間只適一人使用，不太方便。另外，三日只整理房間一次，期間如有需要，要預先廿四小時通知及另作收費。要留意無USB充電位。」

「Loved this apartment and enjoyed Porto. The location was very convenient near Metro. Check in and check out was smooth and efficient. The service of the staff especially Nuno was excellent. Free laundry service was a plus for travelers.」
