“Everything was very good — clean and well equipped. Bed linen, towels, kitchenware and appliances were all provided, and the parking was great too. The view was amazing, and of course the special Madeira touch — watching the planes take off and land, visible even from the room. Overall, everything was perfect. Highly recommended!”

“Beautiful villa with lovely sea views. Good size bedrooms, good water pressure in showers. Large fridge, good working hob in kitchen and all necessary utensils. Local shop and cafe short walk away. Would definitely recommend. We didn’t get as much time to chill in the villa as we would have liked as there was too much of beautiful Madeira to go and visit. The payment system wasn’t working but the host company were contactable and very helpful so all was sorted quickly.”

“Nice multi-level property with a rooftop terrace that provides a great view of Funchal. Management was quick and responsive. Be aware that if the weather is hot there’s no AC. They provided a room AC that worked for the bottom floor, and fans for the other two bedrooms…but it was warm for sleeping…but otherwise really enjoyed our stay!”

“Endroit bien situé et tranquille. Très facile de se stationner. Très jolie terrasse avec une vue partielle sur l'océan, cuisinette équipée et pratique. Appartement avec beaucoup de caractère: il faut aimer le charme des antiquités et c'est notre cas. Les lits sont confortables. Nos points négatifs sont une certaine odeur d'humidité dans le logement, le filet d'eau de la douche peu efficace et les grattements d'une bestiole durant la nuit -que nous n'avons pu identifier.”

“We were really looking forward to this place as it was our last accommodation on the island. Unfortunately we didn’t realize how high up in the mountains you are - it adds like 15 mins just trying to get up to the property from the towns near by You’re far away from everything! Parking in this place is also very annoying and hard if you’re not a good driver to maneuver around tight corners of the gate and stone walls. Additionally the photos made us think these individual places were spaced out……
