Evenings entertainment showed some great talent, most singers were amazing. Daytime activities were fun but were limited to very few.
System for the shuttle bus to town could be improved as it was a free for all and people had to eventually get back off.
Breakfast and lunch options were good however...
「Overall a great hotel which ticks a lot of boxes in terms of location, facilities, cleanliness. The only issue I would point out is the checkin / out staff and process seems overly long. This creates queues which is the last thing you need after a long journey. We waited for 30-40 mins to be checked in and the desk staff seemed frustrated as much as the guests.」
「Nachdem das Pestana auf HP umgestellt hat, war der Außenbereich am Pool ständig eingedeckt und man konnte sich nicht setzen um nur ein Getränk zu trinken. Waren nun schon 4x dort, so etwas war vorher immer möglich. Ausweichen konnte man in den Innenbereich (blöd bei dem schönen Wetter) oder auf seinen Balkon.
