La empleada en recepción no fue muy agradable al efectuar el checkinn, entendemos que al llegar en horas tempranas las habitaciones no estan listas, pero no vimos interes en acelerar la entrega de la habitación, ni informar acerca de visitas o tours en la ciudad, horas y lugar del desayuno incluido en la reserva, los demas empleados fueron muy correctos y atentos al solicitar ayuda o información,

I LOVED the room. It was conveniently located to the elevator/stairs, and city shopping, had a beautiful motif with relaxing colours, and is located near local shopping.
The staff was diverse, friendly, and professional.

Corpto Santo was a beautiful hotel with a great location. The hotel staff couldn't have been anymore helpful and friendly. The staff helped us with directions and recommendations. They even went as far as booking an Uber ride for us to our cruise ship. The breakfest included was a full blown sit down meal.
