Great hotel! The room was spacious with a fantastic view. The lounge was great to hang out in with free snacks and draft Sapporo beer. They also had a free shuttle that takes you to Odori park and the train station during the Snow Festival. This will be my goto place for next year.

All the above ! And the breakfast buffet is amazing super location ! The bay view is fantastic. And hotel is an easy drive to several good ski resorts. Plus there is shopping center attached. With a good gear store . If you forget to pack something? No worries

Very dated hotel. Like walking back jn 1999 when i first went to Japan. I wouldnt call this a 4 star hotel by any means. But room with 2 beds that we had was spacious as advertised.
