The room was comfortable, looked just like the pictures. Very clean and comfortable. The ladies at the front desk were super nice! Helped me with laundry request, change the date of the reservation and printing boarding passes. My only issue that i had is that breakfast is at a nearby place but food was not being replenished and also the bakery items had some growth inside. So we decided not to have breakfast for the remaining of the days

I really enjoyed our stay at Royal Palace hotel in Hanoi,
the staff were so friendly couldn't do enough to make our stay a memorable experience.
The location of our hotel was central and close to fabulous restaurants and shops.
I highly recommend this 5 star hotel for your holiday.

"Big room nice layout great pool average gym . The only downside I had was being woken up by the thump thump of a nightclubs music that was in the complex . I would never stay on a weekend night again. Staff were lovely"
