Pleasantly surprised upon entering. The area looked a bit sketchy, but once inside the hotel was much nicer. Helpful staff, free parking and huge free breakfast. Convenient shuttle to airport. Made the end of our trip very easy. Also, we had our son so I appreciated the triple room option

The phone number given by Expedia us wrong. We could not get help as where to go for transfer from the airport. They put us in a wheel chair accessible room which was a pain and the bed was horrible
