BUGS. I understand its the Philippines... but I killed about 5 cockroaches in the few days I stayed here. There is also these little flies everywhere in the kitchen/bathroom that aren't even worth killing. There is no mini refrigerator or microwave in the room, so you'll pretty much be eatting out everyday. Some of the appliances were broken, such as the toilet seat and wardrobe door. These are simple things that should be checked by hotel housekeeping and maintained by hotel maintence before renting the room out. As far as location... I wouldnt call it a slum... but its not the best. There is very little to do in the immediate area. As far as the hotel breakfast...its ok but you have to get there early as everything seems picked over and not replaced for those that come later.

The room was just ok because it’s a bit outdated. The hairdryer had a short circuit. There’s no iron and board in the room, and the hot water ran out.

Great Pool with sauna and steam room. Staff are excellent. Attentive and friendly. Quite far from other areas of Manila. Close to Mall of Asia (15 minutes car ride) and Ayala Mall ( about 6 minutes car ride. Walking distance to Okada. Not a lot of things to do in the neighborhood except mall shopping. Great for overnight stay if you’re flying to/ from Naia as it’s about 15 minutes away from airport.

Stayed with a toddler and an infant. The hotel was amazing at providing two cribs for our convenience and kept our room clean daily. We ordered breakfast to our room and at the Waves restaurant and both times we were impressed by the menu and service. Beautiful pool and garden area. The only inconvenient part was getting to the shops. We couldn't cut through the building because it led straight to the casino and kids were not allowed because of the smoke. Would be nice if they created a small path for families instead of having to cut through the garden to Nobu Hotel or taking a shuttle. Great proximity to Alaya mall and to the airport.

Best customer service in the philippines, restaurant was amazing amd staff was very friendly im sad to leave
