No air conditioning and windows that only open an inch or two is rough on a warm or sunny day. Our room was not comfortable for sleeping. Despite booking for 3, we had 2 towels and 2 mugs. Check in and out was all virtual so no interaction with staff. Our meal in the Italian restaurant was tasty, but we asked for a second drink that never arrived. The airport shuttle worked well though I suggest the driver announce the two stops as riders were confused about when to get off.

The room they assign to us was very comfortable for 4 people. The 1 bathroom is on the hallway, and the kitchen/dinning room/sofa bedroom has a door, so everybody gets privacy. The area is not turistic so may look not safe but it is literally 2 blocks from everywhere we wanted to go, except the Guinness tour which we walk to in 22 minutes. The check in and check out process was very easy and the personnel was very responsive. I would come back here.
