New hotel, clean rooms, very helpful staff. Mr.Hank is a very helpful staff/manager help us to plan our next destination, rooms services was very honest he/she reported 👍 to reception about our left jacket behind, and Mr.Hank contact us then send it to my next destination hotel. We enjoyed our stay. The location was convenient and a short walk to the subway station. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The public areas and rooms were clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

Room was spotless and the staff were very polite and went out of their way to help whenever possible. Breakfast was excellent and had a wide variety of different cuisines. Location is on the Bund and it doesn’t get better than that. Many shopping malls nearby and historic attractions are just a short walk away. Besides its rich cultural heritage and history, I highly recommend staying here for its convenience and excellent service.

The location is great. Definitely worth waking up early to walk around the hutongs nearby before dawn—highlight of our trip. The building is older and is due for an update, but is very clean and warm. I believe our room was upgraded from a double to a double deluxe room, which was very spacious.
