The zen garden and elegant cultural heritage aesthetic is calming and relaxing during stay . The bed mattress, the nice clean crisp linen and the pillow menu makes our sleep every night rejuvenating . The tea bag in leaves and very cute tea pots is so traditional and so relaxing . The bath tub with magnesium salt is a plus help for an all day walking . The concierge was very careful and gentle well deliver our luggage in our room . The check in and check out was outstanding . I also experienced getting assorted free mooncake from the manager as it was autumn moon festival celebration on the day we’re checking out . The only thing I am hoping would improved when we come back as a guest again is to make the water pressure much better in the rain shower and bathtub . Also an option of brighter light added in the bathroom because I struggle to put make up on in dim light . Make the bath towel in actual size as we find the towel we used during stay was more like a size of a beach towel . The location was nearby and walking distance to sightseeing attractions , cafes , restaurants and shopping mall ."

"Though the hotel isn’t new and the facilities are somewhat worn, the location could not be better — everything is nearby. A shopping complex with a Starbucks and food court is right next door. Still, the hotel’s greatest asset is its staff. Our first room reeked of cigarette smoke, despite the hotel being completely smoke‑free. We called the front desk, and staff swiftly moved us to a new room and assisted with our luggage. The concierge team delivered great service as well. Tank and other staff were responsive to our questions and gave us fantastic local tips. Housekeeping performed wonderfully too. They observed we liked using extra towels to avoid wet floors and thoughtfully provided spares without being requested. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay."
