We only stayed for the night but I just wanted to say unless you’re okay with eating bird poop in the morning then don’t stay for breakfast. Food was not good, and on top of that tooo many birds in the area. All the tables and chairs had bird poop and the staff did not clean. It was very unpleasant. ...

RIU Guanacaste was an amazing experience and I will absolutely stay there again when I go back. The staff was extremely hospitable and friendly. The hotel was pristine with easy access to all amenities. I highly recommend this hotel for any first timer or repeat travelers.
