Vietnam National Village for Ethnic Culture and Tourism Cheap Holidays

This is my second time staying with the hotel. It is also the only hotel in Hanoi that I wish to stay at. The staff is excellent, and so friendly. The bed was amazing, and the breakfast is great!

Even though there was a problem with the dates we booked aligning with their schedule, Catherine Cruises went above and beyond to ensure we were on an equally luxurious cruise ship with another company to suit our schedule. And rather than just handing us over to another company, they proactively managed the whole thing with amazing communications and care levels. This demonstrates an exceptional level of commitment to customer service - even when we're not even on their boat! We hope to revisit them and experience their service on their own boat soon! Defo a big thumbs up to this company.

My upgrade was way better than my first room. The new room was at the back of the hotel, so it was quiet and bigger and the plumbing worked! The staff were lovely and accommodating. The breakfast food was nice, especially the yoghurt and cream puffs! I had preordered a taxi from/to airport. The driver taking me to the airport was telling me that he doesnt get much money (once it goes through the hotel/his boss) and I believe he was hoping I would pay him. So when we arrived at the airport and I didnt give him any money he was rude.

We stayed only 1 night at Le Petit Prince hotel & rooftop bar. The staff were friendly, and the rooftop bar offered stunning city views at sunset. Although the room was small, it was clean and comfortable. Overall, a charming spot for a brief stay. The location was convenient, with several dining options nearby and easy access to public transport. We’d definitely recommend it for travelers looking for a cozy, budget-friendly option in the heart of the city. Breakfast was simple but satisfying, and free Wi-Fi made it easy to plan our day. Ideal for solo travelers or couples seeking a peaceful retreat without breaking the bank.

Anna as the breakfast supervisor has been great.. she was bery helpful ơn advices and where to go.. the front desk staff were also very pleasant and welcoming .. We felt at home.. the breakfast menu was very good .. the location is super and the staff was very helpful.. we will come back ..
