This hotel is really beautiful and in a PERFECT, central location. Definitely check out the rooftop for some stunning views!

The staff and location of Hotel LO made our trip unforgettable. Beautiful building, well appointed rooms, and just steps from all the wonders of Florence. We can’t wait to return!

we stayed from May 1 to May 4 2026. The room was clean. The hotel is next to Uffizz, a short walk to Ponte Vecchio, Piazza della Signoria, and many more. Close to awesome restaurants. We were upgraded to a suite. When we got to the room we were surprised with free tshirts. The room was a good size with separate sitting area. The shower was awesome with plenty of water pressure. Toilets flushed, no problems. The room amenities were awesome, robes, slippers, lush towels, free water, we had chocolates when we arrived to our room in the evening. The toiletries were luxury. The breakfast was good with a good selection. The staff were awesome. There were 2 issues, the view from our room but not a deal breaker. The smell coming from the bathroom, even with diffuser is very unpleasant at times. The plumbing system in Florence is old, the hotel tries its best to mask it. Air conditioning was great. The way to our room was a little confusing but we mastered it ☺️.

Amazing service, luxurious room, great food. The stairs and elevators are a bit confusing but the rooftop deck is awesome.

Absolutely first class service, superb Florentine hospitality, elegance from the Due Torri Hotels group is of a level that perhaps guests need to live up to, not the other way around. It is one of the most central hotels in Firenze, 50m from the Piazza della Signoria, and a hotel since 1753 there.

Enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Villa Sul'Arno in early April. The accommodation was amazing, a beautifully conceived and comfortable junior suite with a balcony overlooking the river. The rooms were peaceful and calming, ideal for relaxing. The breakfasts were delicious with a wide range of great fresh produce. Staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Although a little further from the historic centre we found the location to be wonderful next to the river. The hotel runs a courtesy shuttle bus, which is quick and convenient. Food at the restaurant id excellent and room service is speedy and served quickly and directly. The spa and pools were well thought out and aesthetically stunning and a joy to use. The gym is compact, but still functional. I would happily recommend the Villa Sul'Arno and am certainly going to return. Thank you to Claudia and the Team for looking after us so well.
