The place is convenient to subway station.Hotel is very clean. Staffs were friendly and polite. Breakfast is great so much choices.

It’s in a decent Location. But for the money it’s not worth it and the rooms are small. Workers were great though and it was clean.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which felt new and was very clean. The location was incredibly convenient, offering easy access to attractions and public transport. However, the surrounding area could be a bit cleaner, and there was an occasional sewage smell. I also noticed a bit of dust in the room, likely from the bed, but overall, it was a good experience.

The hotel is amazing, and for the most part the staff were great. We stayed with a baby and requested a crib, but they said all they had was bed railings. But then on our last night we did get a crib so I guess they just didn’t have one available? Also they don’t allow any inflatables for babies in the pools. Food was great, the groceria was affordable and delicious. Buffet was very pricey which was a little surprising but the quality is there. Obviously the chefs table and Michelin star Chinese restaurant were the pricing you would expect. Overall we loved the hotel, and the view from the rooms was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Excellent Stay – Spotless, Quiet, and Exceptional Service As an experienced traveler, I can confidently say this hotel exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness was absolutely spotless, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and quiet—perfect for a restful stay. The location is also ideal, with easy access to everything I needed. What truly stood out, however, was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. A special thanks to the front desk staff who went above and beyond when I couldn’t get a cab for over 40 minutes and had to return to the hotel. She kindly used her own taxi app to call one for me, which made all the difference. Highly recommended. I'd gladly stay here again!

The room was clean on the surface but if you look closely it was kind of gross. The staff was pretty friendly for the most part and the location was great. I probably would look for another place to stay next time around.
