Everything was great. The location, the room, and the staff were all fantastic. The included breakfast buffet was also very good. We would definitely stay at this Riu again without hesitation.

This is our second time staying at the Clermont Charing Cross and we had an excellent stay once again. We checked in early due to our room being ready which was so kind. As always the hotel was well presented and smelt lovely! It makes me so glad to be there! The staff were welcoming and helpful especially around the unfortunate lift breakdown that occurred during our stay. They covered this tricky situation well with kindness in a time that must have been stressful for the team. The room was exceptional as always with a wonderful bed space for my daughter overlooking the Thames with a view of the city. The complimentary mini bar is appreciated as always with top up offered during our stay. We had a lovely breakfast and lunch which was delicious both table service (lunch) and buffet style (breakfast). Thank you so much to the staff.

Very professional and friendly staff. Front desk and room service crew was most responsive and respectful. I was happy with the room, a soft mattress, the easy access to London Underground, musuems and well known sights, and nearby restaurants. It's a pretty penny to stay here but I'd stay here again.

Room was nice and clean, great service and the room had a great view.

The room was clean and comfortable. The check in was very slow.
