位置方便近北門，房間整潔浴室水力强勁，早餐好吃，泳池夠大清潔，職員非常有禮貌

Amatara has real charm and plenty to offer if you're willing to look past a few rough edges. The activities and things to do on-site are genuinely enjoyable — a highlight of the stay that keeps you engaged and gives the property a lot of personality. The staff truly stand out. They are warm, attentive, and go above and beyond to be helpful — especially when it comes to navigating the location. The estate isn't in the most convenient spot, but the team is proactive and supportive in making sure you're taken care of and pointed in the right direction, which goes a long way. That said, the property's condition leaves something to be desired. For the price point and the promise of the brand, the overall upkeep could be significantly better. Cleanliness, in particular, fell short of expectations — it's something that really should be a baseline at a property like this, and it was noticeably lacking in places. The location is ideal if you're looking serenity, calm,l and relaxation. Overall: A stay at Amatara Barl Estate is a mixed experience. The great staff and fun activities create genuinely good memories, but the property needs to invest more seriously in maintenance and cleanliness to live up to its potential. With some improvements, this could easily be a 4–5 star experience. For now, a solid 3 stars with high h

It was not so good for the first day of our stay where we had to wait for a long time for the coffee. We arrived the restaurant at 10am which was half hour before the end of the breakfast time, but no refills were arranged for some of the food. For the noodles that I ordered, it never serves by the waiter…. It was quite disappointing about the overall arrangement. The catering staff did apologise the next day when we were there at 9 something. I do think the restaurant has to make sure the service and food would not be affected even customers arriving late, say 10 plus.

酒店位置好交通方便，地下food court食品種類多，只是地下音樂聲太大聲音傳到樓上的房間。
